Shipping policy
Overview
All sales are final. We only allow returns for defective or damaged merchandise. Image proof of damage must be provided in order to be eligible for return.
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Product exchanges can be requested but depend on our available inventory.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipping box. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within one business day after receiving payment. Orders ship Monday – Friday.
Holidays may affect business hours and delay shipments.
Please allow extra time for your package to arrive if you are an international customer outside of the United States.
Non-returnable items
Digital goods are not eligible for refunds.
International policy
Our store is located in the United States of America. International customers must allow a longer shipping period compared to domestic orders. Tracking is provided for all orders, if your package exceeds the expected delivery date provided by the postal office, please contact sales@mirandamations.com. If your order is not marked as delivered 5 months after purchase, a refund of the products in your order will be issued, shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
